Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Orders placed before 11:00 AM AEDT on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM AEDT on a business day will be dispatched the following day. Please be aware that during high order volume periods, such as product launches, there may be a minor dispatch delay as we strive to fulfil a large number of orders.
While we endeavour to meet all delivery times, please understand that occasional delays may occur. These delays could be due to factors such as courier delays, logistical challenges, or adverse weather conditions. Rest assured, if your package is delayed, we will keep you informed every step of the way.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Orders will be processed and delivered Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays. Be aware that when there are national holidays orders may experience longer processing and delivery times.

Upon finalising your order, there will be a number of delivery options to choose from.
DOMESTIC (Within Australia)
We offer two different shipping options within Australia:
- Standard shipping
- Express shipping
- Free standard shipping for orders over $100 (AUD).

INTERNATIONAL
International orders over $200 (AUD) will receive free standard shipping.
International standard shipping can take anywhere from 7-25 business days.
IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES
If your order is dispatched internationally, it may have to be cleared through customs. As a result, there may be fees that have to be paid depending on the country. Please note that Unbeatable Fit does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Unbeatable Fit will not be held liable or responsible for the custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply.
Unbeatable Fit is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
